• Free Consultation: We discuss in detail your specific needs, goals, objectives and vision for your Internet presence. We develop an outline for your web site's overall look including site theme, color scheme, navigation method and content. • Proposal: Once the web site's design criteria has been established, we'll prepare a detailed proposal. The proposal will outline exactly what you'll get as a final web site and all of the features. The cost quoted in the proposal is the real cost, there are no hidden charges or surprises. Once the project is underway, design criteria often changes because of need or desire. If the change is within the originally proposed project scope, no additional charges will be incurred. If outside the original project scope, we'll provide an additional quote for the added work. At no time will you ever be charged for additional work without your prior approval.
  
  
• Set up: You are provided an online "Status Page" which links you to various parts of the design process. Here you'll find up to the moment information about what is being done, allowing you to monitor progress. During construction, you will have complete access to the work in progress. You'll be able to provide feedback and contribute to the site's actual creation. You are encouraged to participate so that your complete satisfaction is assured.
  
  
• Initial Design Phase: The overall web site theme is established here. During this phase we focus on the overall general look and feel of your web site. Web site entry points and site navigation are also established in the initial design phase. Upon completion of this phase, you'll have a good idea of what your site will look like and how it will function. We won't continue on to the construction phase until you are completely satisfied with the initial design.
  
  
• Construction Phase: Now the nuts and bolts are put together. Your custom site begins to transform from a vision to reality. Again, during this phase your feedback is encouraged.
  
  
• Final Review and Testing: Now that everything appears to be finished, we test the site for functionality (everything works the way it should). You review the complete web site and we make any of those last minute modifications. When all is well, we take the web site live.
  
  
• Going Live: We upload all the web site files to your host server and all the interfacing, scripting, navigation and linking is checked and verified functional once again. Once the web site is live, we don't drop of the face of the earth! After using the live site for a while, you may discover things you didn't notice before or just don't like now. Because this is your custom web site, we give you an additional 30 days to make within scope changes. Even after 30 days, if there is a technical problem discovered, we correct it.
  
  
• Post Design Support: We're not finished! Sure the design process is over, and you have a great looking web site. The question now is, "How will anyone find the web site?"
